About GREAT COROLLA CLUB YOGYAKARTA

GREAT COROLLA CLUB YOGYAKARTA was established on February 16, 2011, in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, at that time GREAT COROLLA CLUB YOGYAKARTA still had the initials or abbreviated as GCCY. Over time, on the 5th Anniversary of GREAT COROLLA CLUB YOGYAKARTA, the abbreviation name was adjusted according to the other chapters to become GCC YOGYA. The idea of ​​its establishment when it started from several lovers / collectors and owners of motor vehicles (KBM) Toyota AE101-104 which in Indonesia is familiarly called the Toyota Great Corolla or Greco sedan often held joint meetings / kopdar activities in the DIY area or its surroundings, over time several people proposed to establish the KBM Great Corolla club. With the approval and support of the GREAT COROLLA CLUB INDONESIA, the GREAT COROLLA CLUB Yogyakarta chapter was born, which was abbreviated at that time as "GCCY" and changed to GCC YOGYA.

The GCC YOGYA automotive organization aims to bring together Great Corolla users/fans in Central Java, the Special Region of Yogyakarta and several other areas, so that they can exchange information related to vehicle maintenance considering its rarity and uniqueness.

GCC YOGYA, whose existence is supported by all members, information about its activities is conveyed in a Facebook group called the Great Corolla Club Yogyakarta, a website at www.greatcorollaclubyogyakarta.com, Instagram with the account @gccyogya and TikTok with the account @gccyogya until now. Meanwhile, to communicate in everyday life, share knowledge, experiences between members, using the Whatssup Group facility.

The articles of association and bylaws are obeyed and implemented without exception by all GREAT COROLLA CLUB YOGYAKARTA. This Automotive Club is not a form or part of an organization that leads, creates, supports, and forms a political party, this Automotive Club adheres to the principle of "ISTIMEWA PASEDULURANE, ISTIMEWANE GCC YOGYA" which means the specialty of GCC YOGYA is to prioritize brotherhood regardless of status, vehicles and others which of course makes it a big family (Big Family) that is harmonious, conducive, and sustainable.

GCC YOGYA is not only a means of uniting Great Corolla users/fans in Indonesia but also hopes to play a role in providing contributions and concerns in the form of information for fellow club members, between chapters or other clubs/communities throughout Indonesia and assisting the program activities of related agencies that are social in nature, both routine and incidental.

The hope is that this Automotive Club will become a concrete forum for all Great Corolla users/fans in Indonesia, especially in the DIY and Central Java regions, to voice various activities in the future. 

General objectives:

Brotherhood and Friendship between members & their families. The spirit of friendship, friendship and togetherness and sincere brotherhood without any differences in economic status, gender, occupation, age, religion, and ethnicity is the main objective of the establishment of the Great Corolla Club Yogyakarta which is based on the spirit of mutual respect, politeness and respect for each other, and upholding deliberation to reach consensus. To become a concrete forum for all Great Corolla users/fans in the Central Java, Special Region of Yogyakarta and several other regions, so that they can exchange information related to vehicle maintenance considering its rarity and uniqueness. 

Specific objectives:

Aims to create a happy atmosphere and reduce stress after carrying out routine activities in working or working every day. The activities include walking together, touring, recreation, family gathering, joint sports, social service activities and knowledge in vehicle maintenance and so on. Becoming a media or forum for each member to be able to work together and assist the social community program activities of the relevant agencies, both routine and incidental, in accordance with the laws and regulations in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. As in the form of social service activities to the community in need, helping hands and humanitarian assistance. GCC YOGYA raises social care funds from members and their families, institutions and the general public, and is ready to distribute them to those who are entitled, to the community in need, those affected by natural disasters, including issues of concern in education among the underprivileged.

Activities:

1. Joint Meeting / KOPDAR once a month which is scheduled on Friday night

19.30 WIB - Finished in the first week.

2. Joint Touring Events held by other Great Corolla Club Chapters or other Automotive communities which are of course identical
3. Family Gathering or KODAR with fellow Members and other colleagues/clubs
which is both formal and non-formal
3. Tali Kasih / Social Service Events which are of an incidental nature
4. Non-formal Silatuhrami which is usually held at the Base station or the other place  which is also of an incidental nature
